Here at Burg Dog Pet Services, we provide dog walking, dog running and professional in home pet sitting in St. Petersburg and some surrounding areas!
Dog walks or runs (for more energetic breeds) will ease anxiety, chill out hyper tendencies and straighten out misbehavior (a tired dog is a good dog). We have several time slots available; please see below!
Providing your pets with in home care when you have to be away from them for an extended period will ease the anxiety of separation for them and for you! They can relax at home while you're on vacation, taking that necessary business trip or those days when life happens and your day runs longer than you planned.
We are not a franchise and are independently owned and operated here in St. Petersburg, FL. We pride ourselves on providing personalized service for you and your pets and strive to exceed the expectations of our Pack members. We'll text or email photos and videos of your fur kids as often as you'd like. We also leave handwritten care cards with each visit.

Bankers Hours Dog Walking Rates (Available mid-day Mon - Fri)
- Mid-Day dog walks are scheduled between 10am - 2pm and may vary from day to day depending on the daily schedule.
- 30 mins - $20
- Book Monday - Friday mid-day walks and receive a weekly rate of $85 for five 30 minute walks ($15 off regular price). **Package rate is only available for walks booked the same week*
2nd & 3rd Shift Dog Walking Rates (Available Everyday)
- We offer this for those who work other hours besides 9-5. Medical, hospitality, etc .. we have you and your dog(s) covered. Not only do we have you covered, but we won't charge anymore than we do for any other time of day. See rates above for dog walking and rate below for quick breaks.
Quick Breaks (Available everyday in various time slots)
- Quick breaks are available for homes with fully fenced yards (no leashing required)
- 10 mins - $12
- We'll come by, let your pups out for a break, refresh water, give treats and love. Book 5 Quick Breaks in one week and receive a weekly rate of $50
Dog Running Rates
- Dog running is scheduled in the morning between 8am - 10am (due to summer heat)
- 20 mins/2 mile dog run - $30
In Home Pet Sitting
The pet sitting time frames outlined below include, but are not limited to, the following services, depending on your needs and requests.
- Meal service for your fur kids
- Fresh water
- Treats
- Medications/Injections/Vitamins/Supplements
- Alternate lights/blinds
- Bring in mail
- Water plants
Pet Sitting can be booked for any of following TIME BLOCKS depending on your scheduling needs.
Early AM ($5 surcharge) - 5am to 8am
Morning - 8am to 10am
Mid-Day - 10am to 2pm
Afternoon - 2pm to 5pm
Evening - 5pm to 8pm
Twilight ($5 surcharge) - 8pm to 11pm
Pet Sitting Rates
- 15 to 30 mins - $20
- 30 to 45 mins - $25
Dogs require at least two visits each day, but three or possibly four are recommended depending on their age and health.
Wedding Day Pet Care Assistance
- We taxi your pet(s) to and from wedding venue so that you, your family and friends can enjoy the day without worry!
- Includes transportation, general care of pet, accident clean up, help with pet wedding day attire (if needed), water and treats.
- $50/hr.
Pet Taxi Services
- $25 one way/$40 round trip (10 mile maximum round trip)
Food/Supply Pick up & Delivery
- $20 + cost of products
Urgent Booking
- We will do our very best to accommodate the needs of our clients, but for requests received with less than 24 hours notice will have a $10 urgent booking fee in addition to regular pet service prices.
