An initial consultation/meet & greet is free and required for new clients before we can begin services. This time allows us to meet you, your pet(s), get to know each other a bit and ensure that we're a good match for the services you require. 

The consultation will also allow us time to gather all "need to know" information such as pet likes/dislikes, location of necessary items, feeding schedule, any other must know information on how to best care for your pet(s) and answer any questions you may have.

We will also need to confirm that vaccines are current and pick up 2 sets of house keys. Please have copies of vaccination records and two sets of keys prepared upon our arrival. We require 2 copies of your key for security/safety reasons. One copy will be kept locked in our office and the other with your pet sitter during your scheduled services. Please understand, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Initial consultation is free and is usually around 30-ish minutes.
